This seminar was devided into four session. All that four sessions were hard core of the seminar. It's about student startup and innovation policy which is financially also helpfull to students. Education is not only for getting jobs or earning money, but it should be self entrepreneur ,It should be able to give employments to other. It's about developing our creativity and skills and how to convert into business model, how to be innovative. In this present time, government of Gujarat is supporting 120 students startup.

What is startup ?
Startup is a young company that is just beginning to develop...This companies offer a product or service that is not currently being offered elsewhere in the market, or that the founders believe is being offered in an inferior manner.

Rahul Bhagchandani gave beautifull example of startup of(ફિંડલા)Prickly Pear Cactus by group of students, they make Jam and power also from prickly Pear Cactus synthesis with sugar. They are earning 50,00,00₹ by saling 20,000 product and that's called the good startup.

To any successful startup, planning requires first, this planning covers three chief points are:.

(1) Focus on problem
Connected with market research

(2)Creating value
What's the exact value of our product? Self vlaue, wealth generate, institutive value, Industrial value or social value etc.

(3)Exit plan
What about me after a year or after 1000 days(approx 3 years later from starting the startup)

(4)when to close
Failure is also an experience

If one student starts a startup at the age of 17 years, doesn't matter he or she may get success or not but by the age of 27, he or she may have experience of three startup and it matters alot. In India, per month, 10,00,000 jobs are required, and that's why startup is necessary and helpfull to students. Mostly engineering college's students can take advantage of this facilities as they are more productive and innovative in concrete things.

We should also define the entrepreneurs and businessman. Remarkable quote of that seminar is taht "Love what you do but, don't fall in love with what you do!" In short, if our means our student's ideas are saleable than government and university is ready to help us but it specially covers the management amd engineering fields. Overall it was knowlegable and interesting seminar about startup and startup awarness.

Movie review - "Modern Times"

     Modern Times

'Modern Times' is an anti-capitalist movie directed by Charlie chaplin and chaplin himself has performed main role in this. Many actors have imitated Chaplin's style.Indian actor Rajkapur  copied not only Chaplin's style but also  had  insight of Chaplin's life. In this movie, charlie's use of highly comic tone leads to tragic story. Chaplin makes minimum use of language though it tells louder. He reflects much deeper issues than shown in the movie.

Chaplin uses his master strock from the very beginning of the movie and with the changing of various scenes. For example....

We can find critical observation on mechanical line, It also shows affect of industrialization and so being human in this world rather so called modern century "Being human is difficult task."  From the beginning to end we find charlie's use of master strock and symbols which he has used. Very first scene of the movie is clock rather 6 o'clock it symbolizes the time that we become bondage of time and are tied by time.

We can see entire two symbols are Joblessness, getting into job and becoming jobless is  central point in the movie. Sheriff and Gamin want not high class life, they want only better life from that they have! Is it wrong?!

Food is also plays significant role throughout the movie that automatic machiene of food,  even in dawn they imagine food they dreamed about farm fresh food, later on he also do job of waiter which also symbolises the need of food. Gamin  becomes thief only  to provide food to her family because her little sistrr is motherless and her father is unemployed. The quoestion is that is she punnished by law as thieft or not ? When Sheriff got wooden house, and sit to eat food he can't eat food as he read the news of job at factory.Throughout the whole movie they suffers from starvation andat the end our starvation is not also getting satisfied about their food and job.

Movie also shows us police and prison system of that time and now-a-days also as there is no any kind of difference at all.we can find "ડંડા investigation" there also and at present time also. Chaplin shows mall culture of present time which we can find this in this movie.(100 years back also). Another major notable matter is that though there is starvation, though they are ready to do hard work they are homeless, jobless but for women doesn't need about worry of sexual exploitation are not there. Chaplin doesn't focus on woman's body as object that it's upon us that how we mirror.

Thus, there is struggle of life in capitalist. It reflects struggle throughout the whole movie and with end also this struggle doesn't get end. But movie ends with hope and dawn.here, we may put here that pessimistic hope is better than hopeless optimism.
