2.) What is Subaltern? Who do you think is the Subaltern in this play? Explain with examples.

This term's semantic range has developed from its first usage by Ranajit Guha, following Gramsci, to refer only to peasants who had not been integrated into the industrial capitalist system. It now refers to any person or group of inferior rank or station, whether because of race, class, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or religion. Gayatri Chakraborty Spivak highlighted this term in her work “Can the Subaltern Speak?” The question is that "Are they heard?

In various of myth we can find that on the name of caste or class Kshatriya and Brahman dominated other most. There were belief that God has devided Karma according to caste. Myth of Mahabharta remarks that Draunacharya has done injustice with Eklavya as he promised to Arjun to make him world's best archer.

Here the character of Ekalavya can be called a subaltern character.  To what extent can this be justified only because of his caste, Dronacharya is not teaching him archery?  Even more special, T.P.Kailasam has voiced solitude in his 'The Purpose'.  Even so, in myth, Draunacharya demands a thumb gurudhakina while in the 'The Purpose' of T.P.Kailasam, Eklavya himself relinquishes his thumb to GuruDakshina!

3.)Write your views about Education system in India with reference to Past and Present time.

In ancient times, the purpose of education was probably higher than it is today.  In the Rishi tradition(ઋષિપરંપરા) in which the students remained proficient in the Aashram and practiced in the schools.  But at that time the proportion of caste discrimination and untouchability was high.  How can it be justified that a person should be stripped of his right to study as he is not just a Kshatriya or a Brahmin?  There has been real effort in the present time to remove this distinction.  However, it cannot be said that the present education system is best for the future of a student. If we take a look at it,..

Present-day education system!  Only with the name of education, there comes the first laughter on the face.  While the matter is on the brink of making the best of the student, potiticians have applied thesystem in which student can forget his own skills and keep on finding his own fault.  The situation has been created in such a way that the truth has been covered up so that no one knows whether the veil has been covered or whether it is a veil.  One of the most appropriate examples to prove this is taking the examinations on every Sunday!  Of the millions of students who do not have any qualifications, and they have to pass some kind of exam, is it really fare?  This is the main purpose of the present politics that the students lose faith in themselves.  But the government does not accept that it is not possible for every young person to get employment because there is not enough job opportunity that can be given to all students!  But present-day politics are not ready to accept this, but the reverse is lacking in the lack of skills on the students.

4.)Is Dronacharya an ideal teacher? If yes, then how? and If No, then Why? Explain with examples.

Before discussing whether Dronacharya is an ideal teacher, first let's look at who can be called an ideal teacher?  The only answer is that the teacher must be without discrimination whether he has any other skills or not!  Discrimination or partiality by the teacher in the name of any caste, creed or religion implicates poison in a soft mind. Thus, every student who gets the same opportunity from whom can be called an ideal teacher.

Dronacharya cannot be seen as an ideal teacher because first of all, as Eklavya was not the only son of Kshatriya Kshatriya or the son of a king Dronacharya denies him to teach archery. In addition, T.P.Kailasam has tried to establish Dronacharya's character higher than  in the Mahabharata and because of interference on Dronacharya even by Bhishma(higher political party), Arjun reminds him that how can Dronacharay is ready to teach Archery to Eklavya? You promised to make Arjun-The Best Archer and Dronacharya agrees with Arjun's words.  Whatever the reason, everyone has the same right over education and no one can take away that right!  Thus, T.P.Kailasam has given voice to Eklavya yet the abandonment of subaltern character has also made it inevitable so Guru-Dronacharya cannot be called an ideal teacher.

5.)Write something about your experience like Eklavya or Arjuna with any teacher during your study phase till now. (Not necessary to mention any name)

While speaking the word teacher the more than one faces begins to float infront of our eyes. We also learn a lot from teachers who have nothing to learn from them.  Until now, many teachers have met or did not know what kind of poisonous plant they have planted in child's mind. Now, a little further, how much difference can we see in not only the hungry, for the physical gifts from the students, or the parents of the higher class people and more money, and in the general class, but also with in the behavior of them with other students.

At present, such teachers are only planting seeds of discrimination that are easily found in the big government offices with ordinary citizens.  Partiality is just like a thing which can be only feel, when we are exposed to someone else!  It was an experience similar to when I was studying in the 5th, but yes, maybe then I didn't understand this thing as much as I do today.  Our math-English teacher was so lazy that she even hired a student to write enough to explain his subject on the board, and that teacher spoke and his assigned student wrote on the board.  It is a shame to say that now, but I would not hesitate to accept that I was the designated student.  But what a sense of true and false that a 10-year-old boy who has seen and appreciated can be robbed and named after praise!  But after a year or two, only one mathematics teacher was found for whom the smart or the so-called thugs were all the same.  Even if one comes first, it is similar to the way of rebuking a student who is equal and not passing.  At first it seemed like how this teacher is doing, not talking to us in so-called way!  But for a year or so I realized that this is exactly the same, but I realized this later. And that's it!  Today's the present moment, tomorrow's day!  If you want to feel good, you shout not praised that which must be criticised. And after all, those thought-provoking hot-tempered notions of the joy of living and learning, attending school and college in different places, and getting rewards, And yes!  Currently I am studying with a teacher who may not even know what partiality is!  Saying praises of something in front of everyone and in front of everyone if there is anything worth fixing!  Where partiality is not even sandy!  Fight the one who has the strength and go,live and achieve is his motto!  Yes, karma is the best religion who has taught us!  The same teacher does the work of proving this.  There is no holiday in study.

Eklavya or Arjun, accepting something without getting the other side of a single coin, leads to darkness.  In the end, all this depends upon perspectivism, but it is important to remember that just by looking at something from our side, it cannot be said to some extent that the matter is true without checking its origin!  It is possible that we would not be the victims of injustice but one is helping by one or another way in promoting injustice or partiality!

Thank you.
